Increase the fishcakes and fry for 3 minutes on all sides to receive colour just before transferring towards the oven for 10 minutes. Provide topped with a poached egg and several freshly cooked peas.Bring a substantial pan of water for the boil with the vinegar. Insert the eggs and simmer for 3 minutes.  If using straight away, season with salt.
